The goal was straightforward, but specific. Create a website that feels safe, welcoming, and easy to use, especially for women who may feel uncomfortable in traditional fitness spaces. The messaging and structure needed to remove hesitation from the first visit.

Everything centres around ease of use. Visitors can quickly find activities, check the schedule, and book without friction. The layout keeps things simple, with clear sections and consistent call-to-action placement throughout.

The website is built to do one thing well: drive bookings. Every section supports that goal, whether it’s building trust, explaining activities, or guiding users toward the schedule. It also reinforces the sense of community, which is equally important to this audience.

The Client

Women-Only Fitness Community In Croydon

Overview

72T Ladies Wellbeing Club offers a private fitness and wellbeing space for women in Croydon and South London. The focus is not just on fitness, but on creating an environment where women feel comfortable, supported, and able to participate without pressure.

Goals

The main priority was bookings. The website needed to make it easy for users to view sessions and book quickly, without confusion or extra steps. At the same time, it had to clearly communicate the ladies-only aspect, which is a key reason people choose the service. Another goal was accessibility. The site had to work just as well on mobile, where most users are likely to browse and book.

Challenges

This project came with clear constraints. The structure and content were already defined, leaving little room to adjust how information was presented. The challenge was making everything feel natural and easy to navigate within those boundaries. There was also a balance to strike. The site needed to feel welcoming and community-driven, while still being direct enough to encourage bookings. On top of that, the timeline was tight. The project needed to be delivered within a week, which required clear decisions and focused execution. The final site was delivered as agreed, without compromising usability or clarity.
