Thank you for recommending Midland Marketing. Our referral scheme rewards you with a £100 marketing voucher when you introduce a business that becomes a client. Please read the following terms to understand how the scheme works and when you qualify for your reward.
1. Eligibility
The Midland Marketing Referral Scheme is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or over. You do not need to be an existing Midland Marketing client to make a referral.
2. What Qualifies as a Referral?
A referral will qualify when all the following conditions are met:

3. Referral Reward
For every successful referral, you will receive a £100 marketing voucher to use towards eligible Midland Marketing services.
The voucher is a fixed reward and is not calculated as a percentage of the referred client's project value or monthly service fee.
Each qualifying referral earns one £100 voucher, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. When the Reward Is Issued
Your £100 marketing voucher will be issued once all the following conditions have been met:
Vouchers are typically issued within 30 days of all these conditions being met.
If the referred client cancels their project or fails to complete the required payment, the referral will not qualify for a reward.
5. How to Use Your Voucher
Your £100 marketing voucher can be put towards eligible marketing services provided by Midland Marketing. It can be used to support your own business's marketing requirements, subject to the following conditions:

6. Multiple Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral can earn a separate £100 marketing voucher, provided it meets the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Each referral is assessed individually, and a reward will only be issued once the relevant conditions have been met.
7. Exclusions
A referral will not qualify for a reward in the following circumstances:

8. Non-Transferability
The £100 marketing voucher is awarded to the individual or business that submitted the successful referral. It cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person or business.
9. Changes to the Referral Scheme
Midland Marketing reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Scheme or these Terms & Conditions. Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate significant changes to the scheme.
Any qualifying referrals submitted before a change takes effect will be assessed under the terms applicable when the referral was submitted, unless a change is required by law or to address fraud or misuse.
