To achieve this vision, we started by mapping out Ehrco’s objectives. A key aspect of the project was addressing the need for different price tiers for new and existing trade customers, alongside custom discount and special net pricing options for various levels of existing trade clients.
We crafted a comprehensive product categorisation and filtering system to enhance the customer experience. This design allowed customers to locate their desired products and check out efficiently, minimising the number of steps in the purchasing process.
To streamline the shopping experience, we implemented innovative product tables at the category level with a fast checkout function, enabling customers to quickly find and purchase products. We also developed a customised search function based on product SKUs and keywords, further improving product discovery.
Our detailed strategy facilitated a complex import process that allowed for the bulk upload of thousands of products in various stages. This approach saved significant time in manual data entry, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.
