Overview
ADS revamped their outdated site with a modern, responsive logistics web design to enhance customer experience.
Goals
Challenges
Replace an outdated website, integrate complex tracking, and optimise multiple local pages to boost search performance.
The Journey
What We Did
We designed and developed an extensive, user-friendly website that covers the full spectrum of services ADS provides, from parcel delivery to pallet services. To improve local visibility, we created specialised landing pages for 14 separate areas, each optimised for local SEO.
To further enhance the customer experience, we integrated third-party delivery tracking systems with two of their largest delivery networks, allowing customers to track their parcels directly from the ADS website, adding significant value to their service offering. Custom enquiry forms were designed for each service, making it easy for potential clients to get in touch and receive tailored quotes.
In addition to the web design and development, we provided full copywriting, graphic design, and SEO services, ensuring the site was optimised for search engines and aligned with ADS’s brand.
The Result
Project Success
Their new logistics web design has proven to be a game-changer for ADS, helping them showcase their diverse service offerings in a professional and easy-to-navigate format. The third-party integration for parcel tracking has added real-time value for their clients, making the process more seamless.
We achieved first-page rankings for their top 10 local SEO keywords, resulting in a significant increase in enquiries from businesses across the West Midlands. This visibility led to a noticeable rise in new business and revenue, further solidifying ADS’s position in the logistics industry.
