Filson Scaffolding is a Birmingham-based scaffolding company that has been supplying domestic and commercial customers with their scaffolding needs around the UK. The company was founded back in 1998.

Goals

The goal was to create a professional website where services are easily explained and symbolise years of experience, and help in building inherent enquiry generation from residential and commercial customers.

Challenges

The scaffold industry was very competitive, and it relied totally on trust. The website had to convey a sense of trust and safety without overwhelming visitors with too much information. But it was meant for two different sets of people.
